1.Shaft guide accuracy

Shafts supported by preloaded bearings have higher guiding accuracy because the deflection capacity of the shaft under load is limited by preloading. Preload differential bearings have high guiding accuracy and high rigidity, and can also maintain accurate and constant meshing, and the additional dynamic force is very small, so the operation noise is low, meshing gear has a long life. Bearing stiffness The stiffness of a bearing is defined as the ratio of the force applied to the bearing to the elastic deformation of the bearing. In a certain load range, the elastic deformation of bearing with preload is smaller than that of bearing without preload.

2.Low noise operation

The smaller the bearing running clearance is, the better the guidance of the rolling body in the no-load zone is, and the smaller the noise of the bearing running is. Compensation for wear and sinking During operation, the wear and sinking of bearings increase the clearance, but it can be compensated by pre-loading.

3.Longer working life

In some cases, bearing pairs with preload can improve operation reliability and prolong working life. Because the right amount of preloading can improve the bearing load distribution, it can increase its working life.
