(3) rust, black skin and pitting, the latter two are easy to store water and dirt defects, most likely to develop into rust. Corrosion is a source of pollution that leads to poor installation, early wear and fatigue, and serious corrosion will make bearings scrapped.

(4) peeling and folding, the local combination of these two defects and the base metal is not strong, and there are often different degrees of decarburization or carbon depletion phenomenon around them, the material is easy to caving, concave or wear, which is not good for bearing life and accuracy.

(5) maintains a riveting or welding quality, mainly to see whether it has offset the rivet head, skew, relaxation, lack of meat, or “double eyelid, correct the position of the welding, solder joint is too big or too small, for welding not firm or excessive cause jam phenomenon, roller pressure slope, as some cage, caulking and chisel mouth whether the quality assurance, Whether the rolling body can not fall out of the cage and can turn freely, if these points are not required, small will cause bearing noise and rotation accuracy reduction, large may occur cage falling apart, resulting in mechanical failure or accident.
