1. The essential vibration of bearings refers to the unique vibration caused by elastic contact between the rings and the rolling body when bearing loads, which is completely without shape error. Include:

(1) Rolling body through vibration

(2) Natural vibration of the ring, including:

A. Angular natural vibration of the outer ring inertia moment system

B. Axial natural vibration of outer ring mass system

C. Bending natural vibration of bearing rings

(3) Vibration caused by bearing spring characteristics: axial vibration, radial vibration, bearing seat resonance, etc.

2. Vibration caused by bearing manufacturing error

The inner and outer raceway of the rolling bearing and the surface of the rolling body have different wavy processing traces – waviness along the circumferential direction, which is a very important factor that causes bearing vibration, noise and eccentric movement of the rotating axis. Vibration caused by corrugations formed by machining marks can also occur for bearings with no radial clearance, or when axial loads are applied to bearings other than ball bearings. In addition, for bearings with a lot of raceway waviness, radial load will also occur.

3. Radial position accuracy of shaft and seat hole

The shape and position accuracy of the shaft and seat hole is poor, and the bearing ring will be deflated after installation, which causes the low-frequency vibration larger than the vibration caused by the inherent ripple of the rolling surface of the bearing. Improper operation in the installation process is also the cause of bearing vibration.
