Induction heating bearing thermal disassembly method can replace such as presses and top puller, oil cooking, baking, auxiliary heating yoke, cold shrinkage method, flame heating, hand knocking whacking and other traditional bearing thermal disassembly methods at home and abroad, each of the following disassembly methods have different advantages and disadvantages. (1) Induction heating bearing thermal disassembly method: in the installation or disassembly of bearings and other interference with the parts often require prior heating of the workpiece, and the traditional heating method is not only a waste of resources, energy, and poor heating effect. Induction heating can give full play to its advantages of uniform heating and short heating time. At present, there are many factories in the production and application of industrial frequency induction heating equipment, such as bearing heaters, gear heaters, gear ring heaters, motor shell heaters, piston heaters, connecting rod heaters, end cap heaters to achieve the automation of production. (2) oil cooking method bearing hot disassembly method: suitable for bearings and shafts for the case of interference fit; oil as a medium to bearing inner ring heating expansion after interference assembly, the oil temperature is generally controlled at about 110 ℃; only limited to the assembly of bearings and can not be used for disassembly, taking a long time and pollution of the environment. (3) Baking method: using a heating furnace or oven to heat the bearing inner ring to make it expand after interference assembly to the shaft, can only be used for bearing assembly and not for disassembly and heating time is long. (4) Auxiliary heating yoke: This method is used for the disassembly of the bearing inner ring assembled on the shaft by interference. The auxiliary yoke is heated to a certain temperature and clamped outside the inner ring of the bearing to be dismantled, and then dismantled after the heat of the auxiliary yoke is transferred to the inner ring of the bearing and causes it to expand and create a gap between the shaft; energy is wasted and may lead to burns on the outer surface of the inner ring. (5) cold shrinkage method: bearing first has been installed into the bearing housing, the need for interference with the shaft cooling and cooling after assembly, cooling temperature is generally not less than .80 ℃; small scope of application, poor economy. (6) acetylene flame heating: bearing inner ring heat expansion and shaft clearance between the disassembly; disadvantage is that the heating is not uniform, easy to make the bearing inner ring burns or even scrap. (7) hand knocking pounding: suitable for small bearings and equipment parts between (shaft and bearing inner ring) with a small amount of interference; easy to cause parts to be smashed. (8) press and top extractor: for bearing inner ring and shaft with a small amount of interference between the case; small bearing press and top extractor small size, light weight, mostly hand tools. Large bearing presses and top pullers are generally hydraulic transmission.
