Some problems must be paid attention to during polishing operation: 1. Polishing must be carried out in a clean and dust-free room. Because hard dust particles can contaminate the abrasive material and damage the surface of the mold that is nearly finished. 2. Use only one level of polishing diamond paste for each polishing tool, and store it in a dustproof or airtight container. 3. When changing to a finer grade of sand, pay attention to whether the grade of sand completely covers the upper grade (coarse) sand pattern, and must wash hands and workpieces. 4. When you start polishing, you should first deal with corners, corners and rounded corners that are difficult to polish. 5. Special care should be taken when handling sharp corners and corners. Be careful not to form rounded corners or rounded edges. Harder polishing tools should be used for mold grinding and whetstone grinding. The polishing machine is composed of basic components such as base, throwing disc, polishing fabric, polishing cover and cover. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the polishing damage layer will not affect the final observed tissue, that is, it will not cause false tissue. At the same time, the sample should be rotated and moved back and forth along the radius of the turntable to avoid local wear of the polishing fabric too quickly. During the polishing process, the micropowder suspension should be continuously added to keep the polishing fabric at a certain humidity. The motor is fixed on the base, and the taper sleeve used to fix the polishing disc is connected with the motor shaft through screws. In order to achieve the purpose of coarse throwing, the rotary speed of the turntable is required to be low, preferably not more than 500r/min; the polishing time should be longer than the time required to remove the scratches, because the deformed layer must be removed. The polishing fabric is fastened on the polishing disc through a ferrule. After the electric motor is turned on and started through the switch on the base, the sample can be polished by hand to exert pressure on the rolling polishing disc. The purpose of rough polishing is to remove the polished damage layer. This stage should have the largest polishing rate. The surface damage caused by rough polishing is a secondary consideration, but it should be as small as possible; followed by fine polishing (or final polishing) , the purpose of which is to remove the surface damage caused by coarse polishing, so that the polishing damage of ultrasonic mold polishing machine can be minimized. The polishing cover and cover can prevent dust and other debris from falling on the polishing fabric when the machine is not in use and affecting the use effect. The best way to solve this contradiction is to divide the polishing into two stages. The key to the operation of the polishing machine is to try to get the maximum polishing rate, so as to remove the damage layer generated during polishing as soon as possible. During fine polishing, the speed of the turntable can be increased appropriately, and the polishing time should be suitable for throwing away the damaged layer of rough polishing.
