Harmonic reducer bearings include rigid bearings and flexible bearings. The rigid bearings include four series, CSG (CSF) series, CSD series, SHG (SHF) series, SHD series, the naming method uses the name of the reducer; flexibility The bearing is named HYR
 
The rigid bearing for the harmonic reducer is a cross-cylinder roller structure. According to its use, it is divided into an outer ring and an inner ring. The outer ring and the inner ring are two overall categories. The rolling elements are cylindrical rollers. The 90° vertical arrangement is arranged in the V-shaped raceway. The bearing of this structure can bear the load in all directions such as axial load, radial load and overturning moment. The bearing has high precision, high rigidity and complex bearing capacity.
 
CSG (CSF) type (outer ring split, inner ring as a whole)
 
The outer ring is divided into two pieces, the inner ring is a whole structure, and the flange and the bearing seat are not required for installation, and it is suitable for various types of speed reducers of the CSG and CSF series.
 
CSD type (outer outer ring, inner ring overall)
 
Both the outer ring and the inner ring are of a unitary structure, and the outer diameter is the same as that of the CSG type. It has higher rigidity than the CSG type bearing and is used in the compact CSD series reducer.
 
Flexible bearings are mainly subjected to alternating bending stress and torsional stress. Due to their relatively thin wall thickness, certain deformation occurs when mating with the cam. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements are made of high carbon chromium bearing steel, and the retainer is made of nylon integral retainer.
