Applying force surface and method of applying force When the bearing is installed on the shaft, force shall be applied to its inner ring, and force shall be applied to the outer ring when installed on the bearing body. Note: when the bearing is installed on the shaft, do not knock on the outer ring. When it is installed on the bearing body, do not knock on the inner ring. Such operations will cause scars on the bearing track surface, which will cause noise and early peel damage, affecting the bearing life. To apply force in the bearing, be sure to be careful to make the force vertical and uniform down, partial play will make the bearing injured. To this end, absolutely try to avoid slant. In addition, it is not possible to apply force to the bearing cage and sealing plate.
 
1, bearing installation – the installation of hammer and casing using hammer and casing installation method, is commonly used method, be sure to be as shown in the general, so that the sleeve medium in the middle and knock in, the hammer should be gently knocked.
 
2.Bearing installation – when the inner and outer rings are installed at the same time in the mechanical structure, the inner and outer rings are closely matched, the pad should be used, so that the force can be added to the inner and outer rings at the same time. If the external force is applied only to the inner ring, the force must be pressed into the outer ring through the ball bearings, thus causing scars on the track surface.
 

3. Summary of the assembly of rolling bearings A. All dirt on bearings must be cleaned before assembly. B. When the bearing is mounted on the shaft, the pressure of the bearing should be on the inner ring, and when the bearing is mounted on the bearing body or suspension (support) frame, the pressure is added on the outer ring. C. When pressing or driving with copper rod, the pressing force and striking force should be evenly distributed on the whole end face of the inner and outer ring of the bearing. The force should not be applied to the cage or beads, and the hammer should not directly hit the end face of the bearing, so as not to hurt or break the bearing. The auxiliary tools used for cold and hydraulic loading are casing and hydraulic working device respectively. D. When installing bearings, we must pay attention to the surrounding environment to prevent dust and dirt from entering the bearings. After the bearing is installed, the bearing installed should be protected (sealed) immediately. E. After the bearing is compressed, the rotational flexibility of the rolling bearing must be checked. F. The matching of rolling bearing and shaft or bearing seat is interference or transition fit, but considering the structure and bonding strength of parts, heating or cooling method should be adopted for assembly. Generally, heating (SKF) should not exceed 110℃.
