The lubricating oil is ground repeatedly between the thumb and the index finger. The better lubricating oil hand feels lubricity, less abrasive debris and no friction. If the sand between the fingers feels greater friction, it indicates that there are many impurities in the lubricating oil, which can no longer be used, and the new lubricating oil should be replaced.  

2.Oil drop trace method  

Take a clean white filter paper, drop a few drops of oil on the filter paper, after the lubricating oil leakage, if there is black powder on the surface, touch with the hand there is a sense of resistance, it means that there are many impurities in the lubricating oil, good lubricating oil without powder, dry and smooth by hand, and yellow marks.  

3.Oil flow observation method  

Take two cups, one of which need to be checked out of the lubricating oil, empty on the desktop, the other will be filled with lubricating oil measuring cup for leave desktop 30 to 40 cm tall and lean, let oil flow slowly to the empty cup, to observe the flow situation, when good quality lubricant oil flow should be long and thin, uniform, continuous, if appear oil flow fast and slow, sometimes with large flow,  That the lubricating oil has deteriorated.  

4.photo-induced  

On a clear day, lift the oil with a screwdriver at a 45-degree Angle to the level.  Compare with the sunlight, observe the oil droplets, in the light, can clearly see that there is no wear debris in the lubricating oil is good, can continue to work, if there is too much wear debris, should replace the lubricating oil.
