(a) Cleaning of spherical bearings and related parts For the spherical plain bearings that have been grease lubricated and double side with oil seal or dust cover, the seal spherical plain bearings do not need to be cleaned before installation. (B), check the size and finishing of the relevant parts (C), installation method Joint bearing installation should be based on the joint bearing structure, size and joint bearing parts with the nature of the pressure should be added directly to the tight fit of the ring end face, not through the rolling body to transfer pressure, joint bearing installation generally uses the following methods. A. Press-in fit Joint bearing inner ring and shaft teaching tight fit, outer ring and joint bearing seat hole is looser fit, available press will be first pressed into the shaft, then the shaft together with the joint bearing into the joint bearing seat hole, press assembly in the joint bearing inner ring end face, pad a soft metal material to do the assembly sleeve (copper or soft steel), assembly sleeve diameter should be slightly larger than the diameter of the journal, the diameter of the outer diameter than the joint bearing inner ring Retaining edge is slightly smaller, so as not to press on the cage. Spherical bearing outer ring and spherical bearing seat hole tight fit, the inner ring and shaft for a looser fit, you can first press the spherical bearing into the spherical bearing seat hole, then the outer diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the seat hole. If the spherical bearing collar and shaft and seat hole are tight fit, the inner ring and outer ring should be pressed into the shaft and seat hole at the same time, the structure of the assembly sleeve should be able to tighten the end face of the inner ring and outer ring of the spherical bearing at the same time. B.Heating fit By heating the joint bearing or joint bearing seat, the use of thermal expansion will be a tight fit into a loose fit installation method, is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of a large amount of interference joint bearings, hot before the installation of joint bearings or separable joint bearing collar into the oil tank evenly heated 80-100 ℃, and then taken out of the oil as soon as possible to the shaft, in order to prevent the cooling of the inner ring end face and shaft shoulder fit is not tight, joint bearings after cooling can then be axial tightening. Joint bearing outer ring and light metal joint bearing seat tight fit, the use of heating joint bearing seat hot installation method, can avoid the mating surface by abrasion. With oil tank heating joint bearing, there should be a mesh fence at a certain distance from the bottom of the box, or with a hook hanging joint bearing, joint bearing can not be put on the bottom of the box to prevent sinking impurities into the joint bearing or uneven heating, the oil tank must have a thermometer, strict control of oil temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃, in order to prevent the occurrence of tempering effect, so that the hardness of the collar is reduced. C. Mounting of tapered bore spherical plain bearings Tapered bore bearing can be directly mounted on the tapered journal, or loaded tightening sleeve and withdrawal sleeve on the tapered surface, its with the degree of tightness available joint bearing radial clearance reduction to measure, therefore, before installation should be measured joint bearing radial clearance, installation process should often measure clearance to achieve the required clearance reduction so far, the installation of general lock nut installation, can also be used to heat the installation method. D.Thrust joint bearing installation Thrust bearing shaft ring and shaft fit is generally a transition fit, seat ring and joint bearing seat hole fit is generally a clearance fit, so this joint bearing easier to install, two-way thrust joint bearing in the shaft spring should be fixed on the shaft to prevent rotation relative to the shaft. Joint bearing installation method, in general, is the case of shaft rotation mostly, so the inner ring and the shaft fit for interference fit, joint bearing outer ring and joint bearing chamber fit for clearance fit.
