Improper disassembly of the vibrating screen bearing may cause damage to the inside of the bearing. Contaminants may enter the bearing or errors may occur during reinstallation. Therefore, great care must be taken when disassembling the vibrating screen bearing, and the shaft center must be properly supported, otherwise the dismounting force may damage the bearing. 1. Peripheral disassembly Disassemble the outer ring with interference fit, set several screws for the outer ring extrusion screw on the circumference of the shell in advance, and tighten the screw evenly on one side. Disassemble on one side. These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs, separable bearings such as vibrating screen tapered roller bearings, and several cuts are set on the shoulder of the shell. Use pads, disassemble with a press, or gently tap to disassemble. 2. Removal of cylindrical hole bearing of vibrating screen The disassembly of the inner ring can be pulled out with a pressure machine. This method is newest and simple. At this time, pay attention to let the inner ring bear its pulling force. The inner ring of the large vibrating screen bearing is disassembled by hydraulic method. Apply oil pressure through the oil hole on the shaft to make it easy to pull out. Bearings with a large width are disassembled by hydraulic method and drawing jig. The inner ring of NU type and NJ type cylindrical roller vibrating screen bearings can be disassembled by induction heating. A method of drawing the inner ring by heating it locally in a short time to expand it. 3. Removal of tapered bore bearings To disassemble a relatively small bearing with an adapter sleeve, support the inner ring with a block fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back several times, and then use a spacer to knock it out with a hammer.
