Bearing noise is an important source of environmental pollution and an important indicator that the bearing industry needs to control, especially the noise limit of angular contact ball bearings used in household appliances, office machinery, and instruments. In the past ten years, my country’s bearing industry has done a lot of work in reducing bearing noise, which has greatly improved the level of bearing noise reduction. However, compared with foreign countries, there is still a certain gap. The most prominent user feedback is the “abnormal sound” problem. , that is, there is an irregular sudden sound or even a scream during the operation of the bearing. There are many factors affecting bearing noise and are also very complicated. It needs to be analyzed and studied from the overall design of the bearing and each part of the bearing – inner ring, outer ring, cage, rolling element and lubricating oil (grease). It also needs to be analyzed from the perspective of angular contact. The materials used for each part of the ball bearing, the processing process and even the equipment and process materials used in the project are analyzed and studied. This is the basic content involved in bearing noise technology. Causes and prevention methods of rolling bearing corrosion Rolling bearing corrosion is caused by various internal and external factors, which can be summarized as follows: 1. Metal surface smoothness (battery corrosion due to oxygen concentration difference). 2. The chemical composition and structure of the metal material itself. 3. The composition and pH value of the solution in contact with the metal surface; 4. Ambient temperature and humidity. 5. Various environmental media in contact with metal surfaces. 6. In addition, human sweat is also the cause of corrosion of angular contact ball bearings, and its pH value is 5-6. Therefore, in order to prevent corrosion caused by hand sweat, installation and production personnel should wear gloves and do not touch the rolling bearings with their hands. Apply anti-rust oil to prevent rolling bearings from rusting 1. Soaking method: Some small rolling bearings are soaked in anti-rust grease, and the thickness of the oil film can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust grease. A method of adhering a layer of anti-rust grease to its surface. 2. Brushing method: When brushing, pay attention to apply evenly on the surface of the rolling bearing, do not produce accumulation, and also pay attention to prevent leakage of coating. 3. Spraying method: Some large anti-rust objects are not suitable for oiling by immersion method. Generally, filter compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used to spray in clean air. The spray method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or thin-layer anti-rust oil. This method must adopt perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures.
