According to the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government’s “Opinions on Implementing the “Heluo Craftsmen” Plan to Accelerate the Construction of Highly Skilled Talents” (Luofa [2016] No. 19) and “Heluo Talent Plan (2020-2025)” (Luofa [2020] No. 16 No.) and other documents, in accordance with the “Measures for the Management of Tree Selection by Heluo Craftsmen and Heluo Master Craftsmen” (Luo Gongfa [2022] No. 36), after grassroots recommendation, expert review, organizational review and other procedures, the Luoyang Municipal People’s Government studied It was decided to name 5 comrades including Cui Yongjie as Heluo Craftsmen, and 60 comrades including Wei Shihua as Heluo Craftsmen.
