So how can we minimize the noise of tapered roller bearings? Exploring the mechanism of the occurrence of bearing noise and studying the comprehensive control in the production process is the key to improving the quality of bearings and achieving technological innovation. Compared with other types of products, the structure, performance and noise generation mechanism of tapered roller bearings are extremely special. Bearings inevitably generate vibration during operation. Vibration is caused by external factors on the one hand. It can be seen that the key to solving the bearing noise problem lies in solving the vibration of the bearing. First of all, the dimensional accuracy, shape and position accuracy and surface quality of each part of the bearing should meet the technical conditions of the corresponding accuracy level; find out the main noise sources and focus on solving them during the processing. When the bearing rotates, the cage is in free floating state. In order to reduce the amount of cage crosstalk, the window hole length should be produced according to the lower deviation size. At the same time, in order to reduce the frictional sound of cage and roller, surface stringing and phosphating treatment must be carried out. In addition, when shrinking the cage, try to tighten it as much as possible without affecting the rotational flexibility of the bearing. In the process of processing, inspection, assembly and storage and transportation of bearing parts and finished products, the operating procedures should be strictly observed to avoid adverse consequences such as bruising, deformation and rusting. At the same time, the finished products after assembly must be fully cleaned and thoroughly cleared of dust and adhesions to ensure cleanliness.
