In November 2021, he participated in the key technology research and application project of low friction and high stiffness cross roller bearing for harmonic reducer, and won the third prize of Science and Technology Award of China Machinery Industry.
As the chief of the technology section, Comrade Wu Lei has the courage to study and innovate, set an example, unite and help each other, and teach by word and example. The comrade led his subordinates to go deep into the production line and implement the concept of lean production.
