Cause analysis of overheating of agricultural motor bearings

At present, the use of domestic agricultural motors is relatively common. Typically, agricultural motors use small motors. However, in small motors, ball bearings are used at both the front and rear ends. Therefore, it is relatively common for motor bearings to fail, especially for bearings to generate heat. If the bearing heats up, the lubricating grease will be diluted and leaked, or the bearing will be damaged, causing various losses to the user. Facing the heating phenomenon of motor bearings, how can we find out the cause and reduce the occurrence of such phenomena? If the bearing is damaged, first check whether the ball of the ball bearing or the bushing of the ball bearing is damaged, and repair or replace it if damaged. If the lubricating oil has impurities, is too dirty, the oil ring is stuck or the brand is not correct, the oil should be changed, and the cause of the sticking should be found out and repaired. When the oil viscosity is too high, the lubricating oil should be replaced. When the bearing chamber is short of oil, add lubricating grease to fill 2/3 of the oil chamber or add lubricating oil to the standard oil surface line. Too much grease is blocked in the rolling bearing, and when the temperature of the lubricating oil in the sliding bearing is too low or too high, the excess grease in the rolling bearing should be removed, or the grease in the oil chamber should be filled to 2/3. The bearing and the shaft, the bearing and the end cover are too loose or too tight, too tight will cause the bearing to deform, and too loose will easily cause “running”. If the fit between the bearing and the shaft is too loose, the journal can be painted with metal paint, and if it is too tight, it can be reprocessed; The end caps or bearing caps of the motor are not assembled properly, usually because they are not parallel and the bearings are not in the correct position. When the belt is too tight, too loose or the coupling is poorly assembled, adjust the tightness of the belt; correct the coupling. If the wrong type of bearing is replaced during maintenance, the correct type of bearing should be replaced as soon as possible.
