Rigid bearing has four series: CSG(CSF) Series, CSD Series, SHG(SHF) Series, SHD Series. Its model name same with the corresponding according harmonic reducer name. Flexible bearing’s name is HYR

Outer ring split,inner ring integraty structure ,there is no need of flange and bearing seat.suitable for every kind of CSG(CSF) Series harmonic drives.

CSG(CSF) Series

Inner ring integrated and outer ring split. Outer ring has two parts, and inner ring is integrated. No need flange and bearing set. This kind of bearing is mainly applied on CSG(CSF) Series Harmonic Drive Gear output part.

Lubrication

CSG(CSF) Series lubrication purpose is to take advantage of the lubricants’ lubrication oil film formed by the frication faces of the ring, rolling elements and spacers to reduce bearing’s
friction and wear and avoid sintering to extend bearing’s service life. In addition, lubricant has functions Of rust protection, noise reduction, vibration reduction, cooling.CSG(CSF)

Series bearing was injected with lithium complex grease. Under general condition, it is no need to grease it again. After bearing greased, bearing friction torque will increase at the
beginning and friction torque will be stable after grease attached raceway and rollers evenly.

Installation notes

The main axis, the CSG(CSF) Series bearing set or other parts must be fully cleaned before installment, no greasy dirt or the impurity, and make sure the CSG(CSF) Seriesbearings
have no burr or the fragments. (Be sure that the CSG(CSF) Seriesbearing inner diameter and outer diameter of the CSG(CSF) Seriesbearing meet the requirements, shaft
and CSG(CSF) Seriesbearing bore diameter tolerances meet the requirements.When you tighten the screws, fixing bolt locking from non-full locking to full locking was divided into 3~4
stages, according to criss-cross method repeated locking . Any questions, please feel free to contact us. Before CSG(CSF) Series bearings are finished, the bearings preload has been
adjusted and greased by professional staff, no one is permitted to disassemble the CSG(CSF) Seriesbearing parts or clean inside of CSG(CSF) Seriesbearings without consulting us.
Do not disassemble or clean the bearings internal parts before installation without our permission). Please feel free to contact our after-sales staff if they are not good after CSG(CSF)

Seriesbearing received.CSG(CSF) Series Bearing operating temperature is -20℃ ~+ 80℃, if CSG(CSF) Series bearing operating conditions beyond this range, please contact with our technical staff.

Refer to the material of parts which conjunct with CSG(CSF) Series bearings; you can use aluminum, cast iron.
