At the beginning of impeller operation and all periodic inspections, whenever possible, the impeller must be checked for reliable fixation on the shaft shoulder and for defects such as cracks, wear and tear, dust accumulation, etc. Whenever possible, the impeller must be kept in a clean state and the accumulated dust and rusty skin on it must be brushed off with a wire brush regularly. Because as the operating time increases, these dusts cannot be evenly attached to the impeller, and cause the impeller balance to break down, resulting in rotor fluctuations. As long as the impeller is repaired, it needs to be rebalanced. Before balancing, all the fastening bolts must be checked for tightness. Because the impeller has been operating in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have loosened. Check the axial position of the impeller according to the fan installation distribution diagram and the size of the collector inserted into the impeller inlet ring. Check the radial clearance between the collector and the impeller inlet ring, and if necessary, adjust the collector or casing to get the correct clearance space. Thereby ensure that the side plates of the casing inlet box are calibrated in the correct position with respect to the main shaft and main shaft seal. Check and ensure that the inlet and outlet end positions of the casing and inlet box are in accordance with the drawings and connection piping requirements (see attached drawing for correct position). Second, the maintenance of the casing and intake chamber In addition to regular inspection of the casing and air intake chamber internal whether there is serious wear and tear, remove serious dust accumulation, these parts can not be other maintenance. Regularly check whether all the fastening bolts are tightened, and press the butterfly spring on the foot to the installation height specified in the drawing. Third, the spindle and coupling maintenance The spindle should be kept clean, the shoulder should be scraped every year to remove dirt, for the spindle through the inlet chamber side plate shaft end seal position, should be paid special attention to, due to a small amount of leakage of air cohesion, these positions are very likely to produce corrosion. If the fan is in unbalanced operation for a period of time, the main shaft should be checked for straightness as much as possible. Couplings should be kept clean, and regularly check its coupling tightening. Fourth, the maintenance of the bearing department Check the lubrication and oil supply of the bearings frequently. If there is oil leakage in the case, the bolts of the end cover can be tightened a little, and if this does not work, the seal should be replaced with a new one. The lubricating oil of the bearing should be replaced at least once in half a year when it is used normally, and the oil should be inspected at least once in half a year when it is used for the first time.
