Large fan repair and maintenance essentials: Correct maintenance and maintenance is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the fan and the improvement of the service life of the fan. Therefore, when using the fan, it must be given full attention. 1. Fan maintenance The impeller is the rotating part of the fan, and its function is to transport the gas through the fan to the gas outlet. As in, it consists of the rear disc, a straight front disc with an inlet ring and blades. The blades are composed of arc plate blades with a large curvature radius. At the initial stage of impeller operation and during all regular inspections, as long as there is an opportunity, it is necessary to check whether the impeller is reliably fixed on the shaft shoulder, and whether the impeller has defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation. Whenever possible, the impeller must be kept clean and regularly brushed off dust, scale, etc. with a wire brush. Because as the running time increases, the dust cannot evenly adhere to the impeller, which will cause the balance of the impeller to be damaged, which will cause the rotor to fluctuate. As long as the impeller has been repaired, it needs to be rebalanced. Before performing dynamic balancing, it is necessary to check whether all set bolts are tight. Because the impeller has been running unbalanced for some time, these bolts may have loosened. Check the axial position of the impeller according to the fan installation distribution diagram and the size of the collector inserted into the impeller inlet ring. Check the radial clearance between the collector and the impeller inlet ring, and if necessary, adjust the collector or casing to obtain the correct clearance space. This ensures that the side panels of the housing inlet box are aligned in the correct position relative to the spindle and the spindle seal. Check and make sure that the positions of the inlet and outlet end faces of the casing and air intake box meet the requirements of the drawings and connecting pipes. 2. Maintenance of casing and air intake chamber Except for regular inspection of the casing and the inside of the air intake chamber for serious wear and removal of serious dust accumulation, no other maintenance is required for these parts. Regularly check whether all the fastening bolts are tight, and compress the butterfly spring on the foundation to the installation height specified in the drawing. 3. Main shaft and coupling maintenance The main shaft should be kept clean, and the shaft shoulder should be scraped off dirt every year. Special attention should be paid to the position where the main shaft passes through the shaft end seal of the side plate of the intake chamber. Due to the condensation of a small amount of leaked air, these positions are likely to cause corrosion . If the fan has been running in an unbalanced state for a period of time, the straightness of the main shaft should be checked as much as possible. Couplings should be kept clean and regularly checked for fastening. Fourth, the maintenance of the bearing department Regularly check the lubricating oil supply of the bearing. If there is oil leakage in the box, you can tighten the bolts of the end cover a little. If this is still not enough, replace it with a new seal. When the lubricating oil of the bearing is used normally, it should be replaced at least once in half a year. When it is used for the first time, the oil should be inspected at least once in half a year.
