New cotton spinning equipment uses a large number of sealed bearings due to dustproof, heatproof and high-speed requirements. After a certain period of operation of these bearings, due to the lack of oil inside, the bearings will be damaged due to dry grinding. For example, the sealed bearings on the imported air spinning machines have a large number and good materials, but after several years of use, because they cannot be cleaned and replenished with grease, a large number of sealed bearings are damaged and scrapped, which increases equipment failures and unnecessary expenses. Here are two simple and effective cleaning and refueling methods. The first sleeve cleaning and oiling method is suitable for sealed bearings with gaps at both ends of the bearing shell. The method is to soak the bearing in kerosene for 1 hour to 2 hours, and then make a special sleeve according to the outer diameter of the bearing, which can be cleaned and refueled. The inner diameter of the sleeve is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the bearing by 0.05 mm to 0.08 mm, and slightly shallower than the bearing. Cleaning and refueling steps: add an appropriate amount of kerosene into the sleeve, press the bearing in by hand, squeeze out the kerosene by using the gap between the bearing itself, and repeat 1 or 2 times; after cleaning and drying, add the required lubricating grease into the sleeve, put the bearing into the sleeve and press down gently with a pressure device, and the amount of oil for the bearing can be flexibly controlled according to the demand. The second type is suitable for special fully enclosed bearings with a gap at one end and a set screw hole. Use the positioning screw hole to communicate with the bearing gap, first soak the bearing in kerosene for 1 h to 2 h, suck in the kerosene with a special oil nozzle and oil gun, repeatedly drive into the bearing 2 to 3 times, and then use the oil gun to lubricate the bearing as required Fat can be added in. The above method is applicable to many kinds of sealed bearings and special sealed bearings. If these bearings can be cleaned and refueled regularly, their service life will be extended, and a lot of money can be saved and the occurrence of broken cars can be reduced.
