2.Vacuum heat treatment
Vacuum heat treatment is a new heat treatment technology that combines vacuum technology and heat treatment technology. The vacuum environment in which the vacuum heat treatment is located refers to the atmosphere environment under one atmosphere pressure, including low vacuum, medium vacuum, high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum. Vacuum heat treatment actually belongs to the atmosphere control heat treatment.The application and development of vacuum heat treatment technology has been further improved and promoted. It has the characteristics of no oxidation, no decarburization, clean and bright surface of workpiece after quenching, high wear resistance, no pollution and high degree of automation.Heat treatment technologies such as vacuum annealing, vacuum degassing, vacuum oil quenching, vacuum water quenching, true air quenching, vacuum tempering and vacuum carburizing have been widely used in industrial production.
3.Induction heat treatment and ion nitriding heat treatment technology

Ion nitriding technology is characterized by clean surface of parts after treatment, corrosion resistance, small deformation and high wear resistance.Compared with gas nitriding, it has the advantages of short cycle, high efficiency and less pollution.In recent years, the development of ion nitriding is rapid, especially the advent of ion nitriding furnace pulse power supply, it will discharge physical parameters (voltage, current, pressure) and temperature control parameters (pulse width) separate.The process adjustability is increased, and the process parameters are easy to be selected and accurately controlled.
4.Quenching medium and cooling technology
①The ideal quenching medium should have the following characteristics:

Quality type: high temperature phase fast cooling, low temperature phase slow cooling.That is to eliminate cracks and reduce quenching deformation.

② Environmental protection type: no toxic, harmful smoke or gas volatilization, not easy to burn, easy to clean after quenching, no corrosion to the equipment, no irritation to burn the skin.

③ stable type: workpiece quenching performance uniform stability, the medium itself in a certain period of stable performance.

④ Economic type: high quality and high price, small energy consumption.

5.Adopts the new surface strengthening technology and popularizes the nitrogen base atmosphere heat treatment

The original tool surface treatment methods are limited to the old methods such as steam treatment and oxygen nitriding, which can only increase the tool life by 30%~50%.Since 1980s, China has independently developed and imported QPQ salt bath composite treatment technology and PVD titanium oxide physical coating technology.The former can stably improve the tool life 2~3 times, simple equipment, low cost, especially suitable for dry common tools;The latter can improve the tool life 3~5 times, suitable for all kinds of precision expensive gear cutting tools.

 

Nitrogen-based atmosphere for protective heat treatment and chemical heat treatment, can achieve no oxidation decarbonization heat treatment, and can avoid heat treatment nitrogen brittle, nitrogen based atmosphere chemical heat treatment, can reduce internal oxidation and other defects, improve the quality of chemical heat treatment.
